About Western States Cat
Western States Cat in Pendleton is mainly a construction and agricultural equipment dealer, but it also handles truck and RV repairs and sells parts. Reviewers mention quick turnaround on big jobs, like replacing a transmission to keep a truck on the road. One customer said Jason came through when they needed it most. The parts counter gets good marks for accuracy. A parts runner noted few returns on mistakes, and another reviewer said the staff was friendly and had what they needed. The shop sells new and used equipment and does service for fleets and individual owners. Not every review is positive. One called them incompetent, so it is worth asking about the specific repair before you commit. The 4.5-star average from 18 reviews suggests most people leave satisfied. If you are broke down in Pendleton, this is one option for parts or service.
