About Western States Cat
Western States Cat in Meridian is mostly a construction and ag equipment dealer, but the shop also takes on trucks and RVs. One reviewer has had motorhomes serviced here since 2007 and calls the staff knowledgeable and friendly, noting they helped even from out of state. Joe gets named for truck service. The rental side comes up a lot too. A school district rented a lift here and had a quote fast, delivery the next day and pickup a week later. Another customer said Scott has never missed getting equipment over, even on last-minute calls, and checked in through a six month project. Drivers delivering new equipment say the yard crew is professional and quick, and that management clearly cares about how people are treated. If you need parts or a hand with a repair, they keep parts on hand. Hours are posted, so check before you head over.
