About Western States Cat
Western States Cat is a Caterpillar dealer in Caldwell, and RV repair is one of the things it takes on. The shop handles chassis work and parts alongside its construction and ag equipment business. Reviewers mention the parts counter most. They stock most hose sizes and fittings and can make hoses on site, and one reviewer said they are working on stocking more parts. It is a smaller option than the Meridian store, which comes up as a reason to stop here instead. Staff get named in the reviews for following through, including a call back after hours with a referral when a part was not in stock. With 11 reviews and a 4.9 rating, the sample is small but consistent. If you are in Caldwell with a chassis problem or need a part, it is worth a call.
