About Vic's R.V. Repair
Vic's R.V. Repair is a shop on the Kelseyville side of Lake County, and the reviews split in a way that tells you something. Plenty of people call Victor a good guy who fixes what other shops give up on. One camper van owner was told elsewhere it couldn't be fixed; Victor fixed it at a reasonable rate. Reviewers also mention friendly staff and help tracking down parts. The other half of the story is the phone. Multiple reviewers say they waited on hold, got promised callbacks that never came, or had an appointment confirmed and then nobody showed. A few mention the wait for service, and one out-of-state owner booked three weeks ahead on purpose, figuring busy shops are busy for a reason. Water heater work comes up more than once. If you're passing through with something broken, calling ahead is the move, and expect to be persistent about it.
