About Rick's RV Chicago
Rick's RV Chicago sits in Joliet and has been family-owned since 1984, selling Jayco and Starcraft travel trailers and fifth wheels alongside a full service and repair department. Factory-trained technicians handle warranty work, parts, and maintenance, and the shop is a five-time RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Award recipient. Reviewers keep coming back to the service department. People mention slide out repair, roof and awning work, winterization, and quick repairs done on schedule. One owner had insurance work sorted after trouble on a trip home from Texas and said the updates kept coming the whole time. Another dropped a rig off Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment and the crew started on it early. Reviewers also credit the parts counter and the sales staff for being patient and easy to talk to. Weekend hours are part of the setup, which helps if something breaks mid-trip. With over 1,000 Google reviews averaging 4.8, the place has a track record worth reading through before you call.
