About PleasureLand RV - Brainerd
PleasureLand RV in Brainerd is an RV dealer first, but the service side gets a lot of the attention. It sits among six Minnesota locations and carries new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers and motorhomes from names like Keystone, Grand Design, Forest River and Thor. Inventory runs over 500 RVs, and there is a parts store on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One couple heading to a family wedding with propane and water pump trouble got worked in even though the shop was booked. Others mention Angel passing along progress updates with photos, and a mobile tech named James troubleshooting leveling codes at a customer's home. Fast turnaround and warranty work come up too, along with winterization and help ordering parts. It is also a rental stop. A repeat renter called the person who set them up friendly and thorough. Sales gets its share of praise as well, with buyers describing a smooth walkthrough. At 4.6 stars across 568 reviews, the pattern is staff who go out of their way when something breaks mid-trip.
