About Mountain Man Mobile RV Services
Mountain Man Mobile RV Services is a mobile repair outfit based in Bryant, Alabama. The owner has spent 40 years working on RVs, starting through Ford Motor Coach and running his own operation for the last 30. He handles most problems himself, from AC and electrical to brakes, batteries, body and trim, and remodel work. If a job is beyond him, he will point you to someone who can take it. Reviewers describe the work quality in mixed terms. One customer had a slide issue a week before a six week trip west and got it temporarily fixed, with all the temporary fixes holding until they returned. Another, after roughly four years of dealing with the shop, called the workmanship excellent and the owners caring people who go out of their way to make things right. Others were unhappy, describing a messy job and a high charge for installing a part they already had. One practical note: if the issue is simple, he may walk you through it over the phone to save you money.
