About Mike Thompson's RV Service, Body, & Parts
This is a full RV service center in Santa Fe Springs, not just a mechanic. They take motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers, and the work covers roofs, AC, awnings, slides, appliances, chassis, generators and body repair. They also stock parts. Reviewers tend to split on the desk and the bay. Several praise specific advisors by name for squeezing them in before a trip, including one water pump and panel failure fixed on short notice and a generator problem that got a family camping again. Warranty and recall jobs come up too. The complaints are about communication. People describe calls that go unanswered and messages that never get returned, and one owner picked up a rig dirtier than expected after a long stay on the lot. If you are close enough, showing up in person seems to work better than calling.
