Lake Valley Customs handles RV and camper repair on site, covering roofs, water damage, electrical, plumbing, AC, and propane furnaces and water heaters. They also do winterizations, roof reseal, site setup and leveling, and sewer drain installs. The shop serves Lake Gaston and the surrounding area in both NC and VA. They advertise 30 years of experience and are certified, licensed, and insured. The mobile service means they come to your camper, which helps if you're stuck at a site. Google reviews are mixed at 2.8 stars from 4 reviews. One reviewer said the tech arrived within half an hour and was friendly with a good price. Others reported no-shows and poor communication. One person said they were told two consecutive days for a repair and nobody came or called, then got a rude response when asking for a definite date. Another said they called for AC repair and never got a call back after several tries.
