About KANSAS RV SERVICE CENTER
Kansas RV Service Center on Ross Road in Chanute is a service-only shop these days, no longer a dealer. Daryl Dennis took over as owner/operator two years ago after 35 years as an employee. They work on everything from pop-ups to motor homes, horse trailers to fifth wheels, and still service the HitchHiker line after more than 40 years. If your home has wheels, they say they can handle it. Reviewers often mention fifth wheel work and major repairs. One owner called about a leaking landing gear on a 2013 Hitchhiker and got straight answers on how the system was plumbed. Another with a stuck slide was walked to the valve block over the phone and found a loose wire. People also say the crew is ready when you have an appointment and that they understand full-timers. Not every story is warm. One customer felt taken advantage of on a used furnace and another was upset they wouldn't ship a part for a NuWa. Mixed notes, but plenty of repeat business from serious RVers.
