About General RV Service
General RV Service in Birch Run, Michigan, handles roof and awning work along with winterization, inspections, and storage for pop-ups, teardrops, and fifth wheels. They also sell new RVs and take consignments. It's a full-service dealership, not a mobile tech, so you'll need to bring your rig in. Reviews are mixed at 3.1 stars from 14 ratings. Some praise a salesman named Ray for replacing a slideout and keeping them updated on a wheel well and AC repair. Others complain about long waits, work that wasn't finished right, and refunds that didn't come through. One reviewer said the dump station hose leaked and there was no potable water. If you're stuck mid-trip, call ahead to see what they can fit in. The service department has posted hours, but they're not open around the clock.
