About General RV Center
General RV Center sits off I-75 in Birch Run, and it's a big operation. New and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-ups, plus a parts store for accessories. Service takes appointments, and they're open weekends. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything. Plenty call them personable and knowledgeable, and one buyer said the welcome felt like family. Cameron gets named for greeting a couple at the door with drinks and snacks. Alyssa showed another shopper just three trailers before they found the right one. Others mention long waits and a few called the staff incompetent, so it's a mixed bag. Warranty work comes up often in reviews, along with awning replacement and a couple of slide repairs. Some buyers wished they could walk the lot alone, and one didn't care for the finance office push. Parts ordering shows up too. The building is wheelchair accessible.
