About Gatesville RV & Motorsports
Gatesville RV & Motorsports is a dealership and service center for RVs, powersports vehicles, trailers, and outdoor equipment. They also sell and service golf carts, tractors, and lawn mowers. The parts department is well-stocked, and they offer flexible financing options. The service shop handles maintenance and repairs on everything they sell and on units they don't. Reviewers often mention the polite staff, with several praising specific employees for their kindness and communication. One customer with a water heater leak had it fixed in a couple of days, and when a second leak appeared, a tech came to their location and fixed it at no charge. Another reviewer appreciated the clear explanations when their trailer bearings blew out on the highway. Not every visit goes smoothly. Some customers report unresolved issues, like a UTV that still wouldn't start after diagnosis and parts replacement. Others mention unexpected repair costs shortly after purchase. The shop has been able to address some concerns, and the team seems to take feedback seriously.
