About Freightliner Northwest
Freightliner Northwest is a Freightliner and Western Star dealership on the north end of the Eugene-Springfield area, and the Coburg shop handles RV coach work alongside commercial trucks. The service side runs 16 bays with a chassis dyno, plus Express Assessment for quicker diagnostics. If your motorhome sits on a Freightliner chassis, this is one of the few places around built for it. Reviews are mixed, and the pattern is worth knowing. Several people praise individual techs as thorough, and one reviewer was grateful a scan finally pulled Allison codes they had chased for two years. The complaints cluster around scheduling: appointments that weren't in the system, day-long waits with little feedback, and a repair that didn't hold. There's a driver lounge with Wi-Fi and TV, and trailer parking on site. They sell new and used trucks and stock Freightliner parts. Call ahead to confirm they can take your coach and what the wait looks like.
