About Colton RV & Marine Service Center
Colton RV & Marine Service Center sits in Buffalo, NY, with 14 service bays and an RV parts and accessories store. They handle roof work, brakes, electrical, oil changes, and more. Brands include Airstream, Grand Design, and Tiffin, and they serve customers from Buffalo to Rochester and Erie, PA. The reviews are mixed. Some folks praise the free winterization event, where staff inspected roofs, added antifreeze, and kept smiles on in the cold. Others mention thorough staff and good communication. But not everyone is happy: one reviewer complained about poor communication and service writers who lacked RV repair knowledge. Another had a camper sit untouched after an appointment. Appointment scheduling gets mentioned, and some reviewers had good luck with warranty work and parts ordering. If you're mid-trip with a broken roof or brakes, they have the bays and parts to handle it. Just confirm the details when you call.
