About Campers Inn RV of Collinsville
Campers Inn RV of Collinsville sells new and pre-owned RVs and also runs a parts counter and service department. Reviewers mention roof, AC and awning work, along with hitch and weight distribution help on the sales side. People who bought here tend to talk about the staff. Several call out warm, informed salespeople and a relaxed, no-pressure lot, and one mentions Robb Best by name. Others write about emergency care on the road, including a breakdown after hours on a Sunday. Service is the mixed part. Reviews mention warranty repairs and parts orders that dragged with little communication and constant follow-ups. One customer describes a year of chasing updates. The store is open weekends, and reviewers note parts availability. A 4.3 rating across 98 reviews reflects both sides.
