About Blacks Spring Truck Service
Blacks Spring Truck Service on the truck side of Zanesville handles medium and heavy-duty work, and RVs are on the list. So are trailers and pickups. The shop does brakes, steering and suspension, alignment checks, tires, batteries, oil changes, exhaust and AC work. It's part of a company with locations in Indiana, Ohio and Florida. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One counted 19 mentions of knowledgeable people, and several describe courteous, professional service, including one shop that stayed past closing so a customer could pick up that night. Spring work comes up a lot: leaf spring replacement, custom packs, and rechecks after a big haul. Alignment checks show up in the reviews too, and a few praise the quality of the work. Not everyone is sold. One reviewer said a leaf spring job was rushed and a set of shocks got left off, though the shop fixed it before the truck left the bay. Parts, chassis work, weekend hours and emergency service are mentioned. Call ahead for scheduling.

“Very thorough when inspecting my Pete 579. I was told 3 mechanics went over the underneath of my truck checking the suspension and brakes and steering.” – Joe F., 4 months ago, on Google
“I read a few very negative reviews of this business, and I must admit I'm surprised by them. I've only been to Black's once (so far), and the individual who worked with me was very courteous and professional.” – David S., 5 years ago, on Google
