About Airxcel
Airxcel is an RV repair shop in Elkhart, Indiana, working on air conditioning and cooling systems along with preventive maintenance and water heater upkeep. They also handle warranty and parts questions, which matters if you are chasing a replacement piece for a unit that is still covered. Reviews run both ways. One owner called the support line about a replacement part and got a courteous, informative walkthrough of how the parts work and what they are for. Another praised a staff member for quick replies to every question. A few others had the opposite experience, stuck on hold or waiting on callbacks while trying to get a part for an air conditioner under warranty. At 3.7 stars across 25 reviews, it is a shop with some loyal customers and some frustrated ones. If you are nearby and need AC work or a part, the service counter is worth a call.
