About VMS - Vehicle Maintenance Services
VMS is an independently owned maintenance and repair shop in South Charleston, WV. They handle RV repair, truck and fleet maintenance, auto repair, brakes, tires, and DOT and state inspections. It sits close to Thomas Memorial Hospital and Little Creek Park. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. People describe old style customer service, and one 5th wheel owner said Todd fixed several items and laid out a plan for the ones that needed research. Others mention AC recovery and recharge, an oil leak check, and a pre purchase inspection, all called fair and reasonably priced. A few note the shop stays busy with commercial accounts, so waits can happen, and one person waited over a week for a part. The shop has free wifi and cable in the waiting area. If your check engine light is on, this is the kind of place to stop.
