About Velocity Truck Centers
Velocity Truck Centers is a Freightliner, Western Star, Rizon, and Autocar dealer on the truck side, and it also sells Renegade RV and runs an RV repair shop. So it is a mixed lot: commercial trucks, motorhomes, and a parts counter in one place. If you need a part ordered, reviewers say that can move fast, with one noting an exhaust pipe for a motorhome came in the next day. Reviews are split, and the wait is the sticking point. Several mention trucks sitting for days before anyone sorted out the problem, and one oil change stretched past five hours. People also describe trouble reaching anyone by phone for updates or an ETA. Others talk about parts and warranty questions, saying to ask upfront how coverage on a part works before you buy. The good ones praise the counter staff, a clean shop, and getting the right part quickly. It is a big operation with a lot of moving pieces, so plan on following up yourself.
