About Superior RV LLC
Superior RV is an RV repair shop and dealer on the north side of Alexandria. Reviews split, and it's worth reading both kinds before you hand over the keys. One owner brought a fifth wheel in for suspension work two years back and said it towed straight afterward. Another had a base plate fitted to a toad and a chassis battery disconnect added to fix a parasitic draw, and both worked out. A traveler passing through on I-49 pulled in without an appointment to get a truck camper winterized and was back on the road in half an hour. People mention the staff as friendly and say the crew works to meet a deadline. The complaints run the other way. One customer waited months on a slide out seal and says the rig sat unlocked and was entered while it was there. Another says he was asked to pay before viewing an RV listed out of state and was hung up on. Awning work comes up in the listings. Hours are posted, and it isn't a 24 hour operation.
