About Cenla RV Center
Cenla RV Center is a family owned dealership in Alexandria that sells new Jayco RVs. The sales side gets steady praise in reviews, and a few buyers mention walking in expecting a pitch and getting none. One called it no pressure, another said the salesman showed options without pushing an upsell. The parts and service departments back up the sales floor. Reviewers talk about ordering parts, camper repairs, and a fifth wheel issue the shop took care of. One buyer wrote that when a slide topper did not arrive in time, the shop sent someone to pick up the unit and bring it back. Another mentioned a service tech who walked them through everything before they left the lot. Awning work comes up too. First-time buyers seem to get a lot of attention here. The walkthrough before pickup is mentioned more than once, with staff explaining how to run the inside and outside systems and what to use for setup and maintenance. With 179 Google reviews at 4.7, most of what people write about is the sales process and the people. Staff names come up often, and financing for first-timers got a mention as well.
