About Primeaux RV Superstore of Alexandria
Primeaux RV Superstore on the edge of Alexandria sells new and used campers and fixes them too. The google rating sits at 4.5 from 265 reviews, and a lot of those reviews mention the same names: Laura, Maxx, Vaughn, Jeremy. Buyers say they get walked through the whole process without a hard sell. One reviewer's wife ended up happy, which they say is what matters most. Another liked it enough to come back for a second, bigger RV. Service gets its own share of praise. A used Jayco buyer said the shop fixed everything they asked about, and one tech brought a needed part after hours in his own car. The service crew also shows new owners how to hook up and run their rigs. Roof, AC, and awning work are listed, along with body and trim, brakes, tires, batteries, and electrical. Weekend and emergency help are mentioned, plus warranty and insurance handling. It's a dealership first, so expect a busy lot and a paperwork process, but reviewers describe the facility as clean and the staff as courteous and easy to work with.
