About Roberts' Repairs LLC
Roberts' Repairs LLC is a mobile RV service based in Houghton Lake. Nick is the name that comes up again and again in reviews, and the theme is the same: he knows his way around a furnace. One reviewer had a broken wire in the ceiling that a dealer would have missed by bench testing the furnace alone. Another got a sail switch replaced in freezing weather. A third had heat restored on a windy sub-20 Sunday so the family living in the fifth wheel wasn't left cold. He also handles roof leaks, awnings, slide toppers, AC, appliance diagnostics, satellite installs, paneling, linoleum and carpet, plus winterizing and general repairs. Reviewers call him punctual, polite and responsive, and mention a same-day trip to look at a leak followed by a quote within a few days. One caller reached him near closing with a fridge problem and he talked them through the fix over the phone. The shop has hours and takes weekend calls, but it's not a 24/7 operation. Reviews mention reasonable rates, though no prices are listed here.

What renters mention
“Nick is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He came out to our 5th wheel to repair our furnace. Thank goodness we did not remove the furnace to take into a RV dealer.” – Tina M., 2 years ago, on Google
“We called this place, thinking it was in Houghton in the upper peninsula. We had a problem with our fridge. It was almost closing time. The gentleman that answered the phone couldn't have been nicer.” – Miro K., a year ago, on Google
“Nick is great at what he does. I had a roof leak on our Travel trailer over the summer, he came out same day to evaluate the problem. He sent a quote in just a few days and we were able to schedule a time that worked for both of us.” – Jason S., a year ago, on Google
