Camping World RV Service - Houghton Lake

About Camping World RV Service - Houghton Lake

Camping World RV Service sits in Houghton Lake, Michigan, and handles the usual list: oil changes, winterization, warranty work, roof and awning repair. They also do the cosmetic side, washing and waxing and interior cleaning, along with generator and parts help. Mobile service is on the menu too, and the shop says same-day work and a free 22-point inspection are part of the deal. Reviews here are thin, just one rating so far, and they split both ways. One reviewer drove a long way for a generator that turned out to be unavailable, and was not happy about it being advertised still. Another came two hours with a vintage camper and found the shop friendly but unable to help, wishing they had called first. That second note is worth taking: phone ahead before a long drive, especially for older rigs or a specific part. The shop works on travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes.
