About Riverside Camping Center Service & Parts Department
Riverside Camping Center runs its service and parts department out of New Bern and pulls in RV owners from Greenville, Jacksonville and the rest of eastern NC. Roof reseals, AC work, awning repairs, brake service, slide-outs and full inspections are all on the menu. All makes and models, and you can book online or by phone. The shop handles warranty work, generator and chassis jobs, plus parts and electrical and battery service. The rating sits at 4.1 from 9 Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the team and the dealership side of things. Several describe friendly, low-pressure staff who answer questions and turn an estimate around fast. One owner said their used rig was checked over quickly and ready the next day. Not every review is glowing. One owner said debris and ants were left inside after service work, and another felt misled about condition after buying as-is. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book.
