About Riverside Camping Center
Riverside Camping Center is a family-owned dealership and repair shop on the New Bern side of coastal NC, serving Havelock, Jacksonville, and the beaches. The shop handles the usual stuff that strands you mid-trip: brakes, roof reseals, diagnostics, and winterization. Certified techs do the work, and there's mobile service if you can't get the rig to them. Reviewers keep coming back to the sales side. Nine of them mention no-pressure sales, and several name Luis and John as the reason they bought. One shopper compared pricing around the country and said Riverside came out best on the unit they wanted. Another drove in from a bad experience elsewhere and left with a trade-in done. The 4.4 rating isn't perfect. One camper praised the salesperson but gave a single star to the service department over an inspection where concerns went unaddressed. Worth knowing if you're booking shop time rather than shopping. They also sell new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, and destination trailers, with financing and trade-ins handled in-house.

What renters mention
“Well to start off, I live in NH and was Googling a 2026 East to West Blackthorn 5th wheel travel trailer. I was looking for a specific model because my Mother who lives in Florida had found one down there that she loved.” – Alex D., 6 months ago, on Google
“My husband and I went here while vacationing at the beach. We had bought an Rv at another dealer and had a bad experience. Trey was very helpful in assisting us with the Rv we had seen on their website.” – Vickie W., 4 months ago, on Google
“Great experience with John Messer as my sales rep. John was very friendly, professional and helpful. As a single older woman making a purchase by myself, I felt confident in John's assistance in making a purchase.” – Terry F., 5 months ago, on Google
