About Hartville RV Center
Hartville RV Center is a family-owned dealer and repair shop in Hartville, Ohio. It handles sales, warranty work, parts, and awning repairs, and reviewers say the service department picks up the phone. One customer called from the road with a slide problem and got help over the phone. The sales side gets the same kind of feedback. Reviewers name Dennis and Bob as honest and not pushy, and a few mention that questions got answered before and after the sale. Pricing draws the most comments, and it comes up positively. A handful of buyers mention Jayco units specifically. The shop also does mobile work, which helps if you are stuck at a campground. One buyer noted scratches, loose boards, and an awning that did not work at pickup, though everything was discussed and fixed in a timely manner. Reviewers describe the staff as caring and patient. With 127 Google reviews averaging 4.4, the place has a track record you can look at.
