About Camping World - Akron
Camping World in Akron is an RV dealer that also handles repair work and sells parts and camping gear. Service mentions include roof and awning fixes, and they work on generators and body issues too. You'll find new and used RVs for sale, plus financing, trade-ins, and consignment. With 2,689 Google reviews and a 4.1 rating, a lot of people have opinions. Many call out the staff as informative and say sales feel low-pressure. Camper selection gets frequent mention, and some reviewers specifically note help from the mobile tech. Repair experiences are mixed. One reviewer was disappointed that some items weren't working after repairs, and another had a long wait for warranty work. If you're shopping, several reviewers mention specific salespeople by name and describe a patient, no-pressure process. But a few warn that the buying process can drag, and one had missing parts delay their pickup. For service, it's worth asking about timelines and confirming parts are in before you make the trip.
