About Camper Care
Camper Care is a family-owned RV dealership and repair shop in Rootstown, Ohio, established in 1981. They work on roofs, ACs, awnings, brakes, electrical systems, and more, and they also sell new and pre-owned travel trailers, fifth wheels, and tent campers from brands like Keystone, Coachmen, and Dutchmen. Reviewers often mention the helpful staff, with many saying Bud and his team got them back on the road quickly. One traveler heading from New York to Ohio lost water and called two shops that were too busy, but Camper Care fit them in and fixed the issue. Others praise the reasonable cost and thorough work, like the team reviving a teardrop trailer with framework and axle repairs. Not every review is positive. One person describes a rude encounter over a battery warranty, and another criticizes how the business handled a warranty denial. Still, most feedback highlights quick service, honest communication, and a well-stocked parts and accessories showroom. The shop also offers propane fills, RV storage, and inspections.
