About Prompt RV Repair
Prompt RV Repair handles RV fixes in Monroe, and the reviews keep coming back to the same thing: they answer the phone and they show up when they say. The shop is open 24/7, which matters when a slideout won't budge or a leveler dies with the jacks down. One reviewer had a tech arrive 15 minutes early. Another called about a torn outdoor kitchen door the day before a trip and had it fixed within two hours. Reviewers mention slide work, 5th wheel and floor repairs, jacks, generators, and quick diagnoses. Simon, the tech people name most, gets credit for explaining what went wrong and for running through options before any work starts. More than one customer noted he doesn't push extra repairs. Services listed include air conditioning, engine diagnostics, batteries, electrical, body and trim, and air and cabin filter replacement. If something is broken and you're not sure who to call, this is the kind of shop that picks up.
