About On-site mobile rv repair
This is a mobile RV repair outfit out of Longview that comes to your campsite instead of you hauling the rig in. They advertise 24-hour availability, including weekends, and the service list covers AC, awnings and emergency calls. The crew is two brothers, Todd and Shane, according to reviews. Reviews are split, and you should read them before booking. On the good side, people describe same-day emergency visits in bad weather, quick diagnostics, and workers who explain propane safety and RV basics to first-timers. Awning fabric replacement and refrigerator and outlet repairs come up too, with several reviewers calling them knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Punctuality and explaining things are mentioned more than once. Other reviewers tell a very different story. Complaints include work that was only half finished, a no-show on an agreed day, and a customer who says he was blocked after following up. One person says he paid a diagnostic fee for a problem that was never fixed. The 4.1 rating across 44 reviews reflects that mix.
