About New Horizons RV Corporation
New Horizons RV Corporation is a family-owned RV dealer and repair shop in Junction City, Kansas, sitting at 4.6 stars across 59 Google reviews. Owners write repeatedly about custom fifth wheels built to their own style rather than off the lot, and they point to solid cabinetry, premium materials and finishes that feel residential. Build quality comes up a lot. Reviewers describe a heavy duty metal frame and wood floors, and several mention the build process itself, with staff staying responsive as decisions got made. One customer noted the owner took calls personally, and another said the shop crew and office staff were attentive during a three-day orientation on pickup. Service work shows a mixed picture. A Mor-ryde IS and disc brake install drew praise for the installer and for daily updates during a delay. One review reports an AC install and leak work that ran past six months and ended with a fuel pump problem. Worth reading both before you book.
