About Michiana Crossroads Services LLC
Michiana Crossroads Services is a mobile heavy truck, trailer and RV repair shop based in Elkhart. They specialize in emergency breakdown repairs, and reviewers back that up. One couple stuck at a Harvest Host with dead battery power had someone at their site within 45 minutes on a Friday before a holiday weekend. The service list covers the usual trouble spots: batteries, brakes, electrical, tires, steering and suspension, exhaust, air and cabin filters, and air conditioning. One reviewer's air lines got ripped off a semi and trailer; the shop came out, repaired both, and reused the lines instead of selling new ones. Another praised honest work and quick turnaround on a Cummins 340 over a holiday weekend. It's not all praise. A 3.7 rating across 15 Google reviews reflects that, and one reviewer says a repair left wires pulled from a clutch fan and a hole in the radiator. Others describe hard-to-diagnose jobs, like an RV washer/dryer combo, that most shops turned down. Weekend and emergency calls come up often in reviews.

“1/22/25 I think Rob or Ron it was Very cold. Came out as soon as he could. I unfortunately caught my air lines on my deck or headache rack and ripped them off from truck and trailer due to getting wrapped in my Drives.” – vinnie c., a year ago, on Google
“I had a broken combo washer/dryer in my RV. It was hard to diagnose and most places wouldn't work on it. Rod worked with the manufacturer and did a great job getting it fixed.” – RV V., 2 years ago, on Google
