About Matt in the Hat RV Inspection and Mobile Services LLC - Indiana
Matt in the Hat runs a mobile RV service out of Fishers, and the reviews keep coming back to the same things: the techs show up when they say they will, and the bill is fair. With 135 reviews and a 4.9 rating, that pattern holds up. Folks mention AC work a lot. One owner emailed on a Friday night before a Thursday trip and had a Sunday morning appointment; the tech diagnosed the unit, said it needed replacing, and pointed them to where to buy a new one. Another had three techs, Matt included, install a new roof AC on a van and left with a clean site and a cool cargo area. Electrical calls come up too, like the tech who traced dead fridge, TV and outlet circuits to a spot behind the fuse box. Pre-purchase inspections are a big part of the work. One buyer in northern Indiana had an inspector sent out on a new Thor Magnitude and came away impressed enough that even the dealer asked about hiring him. Another got over 100 photos and videos on a Cougar fifth wheel, along with a list of items needing attention before the sale. Mobile service, roof and AC work, chassis checks, and weekend appointments all get mentioned.
