About General RV Center
General RV Center sits in Elizabethtown as part of a family-owned chain that has been selling and servicing RVs since 1962. The place handles sales of new and used units plus warranty work and repairs, and there is a parts counter on site. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything. People describe courteous employees, patient salespeople who explain the hitch setup and walk you through the trailer, and quick fixes handled without argument. One owner praised the service manager for answering every question and getting the camper back fast. Warranty work is the most common topic in the reviews, so plenty of folks have been through the shop side, not just the sales floor. Some reviews are mixed. One first-time buyer had a rough start after purchase, and another visitor was surprised to find no RVs outside when they arrived. The rating sits at 4.0 across 585 reviews, so expectations are decent but not perfect. Call ahead about hours and what they can fit in.
