About Freightliner Northwest
Freightliner Northwest in Olympia is a full-service Freightliner and Western Star dealer that also handles RV coach repairs. Their 12-bay shop has factory-trained techs and Express Assessment, so you can get a quick check on what's wrong. They do diesel engine work, Allison Transmission service, AC and awning fixes, and warranty repairs. Reviewers mention the driver lounge and quick check-in, and several say staff are polite and helpful. One owner appreciated how the shop supervisor explained an engine seal replacement and put their mind at ease. But not every visit goes smoothly. Some reviewers say service wasn't completed on time, and one felt overcharged for a diagnosis. Another had a bad experience with a motorhome repair. Still, many praise the work quality and the parts department. If you're mid-trip, they offer road service and emergency help, plus RV parking with hookups if you need to stay. Call ahead to see what they can do for your rig.
