About Desert Generators
Desert Generators is a Tucson shop that handles RV generator maintenance, service and parts. Reviews keep coming back to Patrick and Anna, and to how quickly things get done. Travelers who called around and found everyone else booked out say Patrick took them in anyway and diagnosed the problem fast. One motorhome owner heading cross-country had been trying to get the Onan looked at since Nashville. Another Class B owner was referred by a local RV mechanic and left with just a cleaning and fresh oil. A semi truck driver had his generator pulled and gone through, and it was done when promised. Parts matter here too. One reviewer got parts ordered and delivered in two days after being quoted two weeks elsewhere, and another said buying through the shop beat online prices and the 8 to 12 week waits other places quoted. People also mention honest staff and clear communication. It's a shop, not a mobile service, so plan to bring the rig in.

“When I went to leave a review I was surprised to see it was not 5 stars. I'm not sure why Leslie Hendrick gave a great review but I'd ask her to reconsider her rating. (And just to be clear, I have NO affiliation to this place.” – Chris C., a year ago, on Google
“While traveling from NJ, the Onan generator in our motorhome began having issues. We tried since Nashville to have someone look at it. Everyone was booked out. Called Patrick and he took us right in.” – Big U., a year ago, on Google
“Highly recommend coming to Desert Generators for any and all generator needs. We had originally taken our RV to lazy days of Tucson and were quoted 2 weeks for parts to arrive, and twice as much as what Anna and Patrick charged me.” – Megan B., a year ago, on Google
