About D&R Road Service
D&R Road Service is a family-owned roadside and heavy duty towing outfit in Lyons, NY, serving the surrounding region. They run 24/7, with mobile service that comes to you plus towing to their facility when a rig can't be fixed where it sits. RV owners in the reviews mention the same few things: quick response, on-time techs, and fair pricing. One reviewer said a technician named Nick had an electrical problem fixed shortly after a phone call, and another described a driver getting them to a hotel while a truck was arranged for towing. Reviewers also call the phone conversations helpful. The map averages 4.3 from 40 Google reviews, so it isn't all praise. Some customers describe texts quoting a show-up fee and hourly rate, a two-hour minimum, and repairs that couldn't be finished once the tech arrived. A few mention billing disputes. Worth settling rates in writing before work begins. Their listed services include tires, battery service, fuel delivery, local and long distance hauling, and mobile truck and trailer repair.
