About Camping World - Alvarado
Camping World in Alvarado is an RV dealer and repair shop just off the interstate, and it's a big lot. New and used travel trailers, fifth wheels and campers sit alongside a parts and accessories store, plus a service bay that handles roof and awning work and state inspections. Financing, trade-ins and consignment are all part of the deal here. Reviewers tend to split on the sales floor. Plenty call out staff by name for being patient and knowing their stuff, and the no-pressure approach comes up often. One couple spent most of a day working through the lot, left for lunch, and still came back to buy. Others describe long waits and problems after the sale, including a consignment dispute that went unresolved. The good reviews point to informative staff and a wide camper selection. If you're shopping, ask who your point of contact will be once the paperwork is signed.
