About Blue Compass RV Austin
Blue Compass RV sits just off I-35 in Buda, a straight shot south of Austin. It's a dealership, but the service bay handles air conditioning, brakes, electrical, appliances, and awnings, and weekends are mentioned. Reviewers bring up warranty work more than anything else, and a lot of them single out staff by name. One person called Clint courteous and said he explained things clearly. Another had an auto-leveling failure on a trip from Alabama and said Justin treated them like royalty. The sales side gets credit for no-pressure pitches and actually listening, and the parts department comes up too. The volume is high, so not every story ends well. At least one buyer felt things fell apart after the sale was final. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit to a big repair or a purchase.
