American Coach Works Auto & RV Body Shop

About American Coach Works Auto & RV Body Shop

This is a body and collision shop on the auto and RV side, not a general mechanical house. Phoenix work covers body damage, collision repairs, dent repair, custom painting, and fleet repair. RV roofs come up too. The shop says it has more than 30 years in, and the crew handles everything from a bent bumper to a torn-up front cap. Insurance paperwork is part of the routine here. Reviewers keep circling back to the people. Five of them single out the staff, and the front desk gets named for keeping folks cheerful through a bad week. One customer was overseas when their RV got towed in and said the shop worked with their insurance agency and went past the usual claim requirements. Another had a roof come off mid-summer and called the team honest and the price fair. A third said the repair was finished on the promised date and the coach came back spotless. It sits at 4.7 stars across 15 Google reviews. If your rig took a hit and the insurer is already involved, this is a shop that has done that dance before.
