About A&D Automotive Repair
A&D Automotive Repair sits in Lemon Grove and works on cars and trucks of every make, plus diesel vehicles, Class 8 trucks, hybrids, classics, RVs and commercial fleets. It's veteran-owned and family-run, serving drivers across San Diego County. The shop lists AC work, brakes, electrical, steering and suspension, diagnostics, batteries and oil changes among its services. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things. They call the staff honest, say the prices are fair, and mention Anthony and Gabe by name. One driver came in braced for an alternator bill and left with a loose hose and an unsealed cap fixed instead. Another rolled in from Texas in a BMW and got diagnosed and repaired without an appointment, back on the road in about two hours. People also note the communication. A reviewer said they were kept informed the whole way through and that the needed services were explained plainly. Others mention Javier helping with tire air and the owner working around a tight budget. Fleet discounts are offered, along with 10% off for veterans and active duty.

“Dropped in for an air refill on my tires. None of the gas stations in the nearby area have any working air pumps which is ridiculous. Spoke with the owner Anthony a retired military veteran about possibly just getting some air.” – Christian C., 2 years ago, on Google
“I had a fantastic experience at this auto body shop. They really stood out by keeping me well-informed throughout the entire process.” – Kristin B., 3 years ago, on Google
