About Western States Cat
Western States Cat is mainly a construction and ag equipment dealer, but it shows up on RV repair lists too. One reviewer's Beaver Monterey with a CAT 9 went into limp mode on I-90 and got referred here after striking out around Spokane. That driver singled out the truck service advisor as knowledgeable and professional. Another reviewer writing about a Kenworth overhaul had a rougher time, saying a service advisor promised a kit was in stock and the job slipped from there. Mixed feelings run through the reviews. One calls the place unorganized and says it felt like they didn't care about the customer. A salesman who came in asking about a mini excavator got a different story and left impressed, planning to buy there. Beyond repairs, the shop sells new and used equipment plus OEM parts and does warranty work. Employees get credit too. When a car crashed right in front of the building, a couple of them ran out to help, brought ice for the family and a toy truck from the showroom for the kid.
