About RVs Northwest
RVs Northwest is an RV dealer in Spokane Valley that also runs a service and parts department. The lot carries new and used RVs and trailers, with brands like Forest River, Northwood, Coachmen and Outdoors. Master RV technicians handle repairs, and the parts counter is there when you need it. The reviews lean heavily on how the sales side treats people. Shoppers mention no pressure, no games and no hidden fees, and a few call out that they weren't hit with freight or prep charges other dealers tack on. Several reviewers drove in from out of state. Staff get credit for answering a long list of questions and for walking buyers through setup, including one team that checked hitch compatibility with a truck before handoff. Service and parts show up in fewer reviews, but the ones there are positive, with quick resolutions and a parts department people mention by name. It's a family owned operation, according to more than one reviewer. If you're broken down and need work done, call ahead to confirm the shop can take you.
