About The RV Doctor - Mobile RV Service & Repair
The RV Doctor runs a shop in Rockwall and sends mobile techs out, which matters when your rig is stuck somewhere or the roof is leaking. The crew handles roofs, AC units, awnings, appliances and electrical, plus insurance and extended warranty repairs. Their own techs are master or senior master technician certified, and the shop says it has over 50 years of combined industry knowledge behind it. Reviewers tend to talk about leaks and diagnosis. Several mention water leak repair and leak detection, and a handful praise the friendly technician who showed up and explained what was wrong. One owner had a roof peel back on the road to Wylie and wrote that the team patched it before forecast rain and helped push the insurance claim along. Others point to clear cost breakdowns and prices they considered fair for the service call. Not every review is glowing. One owner says a slide-out roof redo still read high on a moisture meter and faults the communication. Hours aren't listed, so ask before you head over.
