About McClain's RV Rockwall
McClain's RV in Rockwall is a dealer that also runs a repair shop and parts counter, so you can get service and supplies in the same stop off I-30. The Google rating sits at 4.6 across more than 1,400 reviews, and the volume alone tells you people are finding reasons to come back. Most of what reviewers bring up is the sales side. They describe informative staff, no-pressure sales, and an easy process, often naming Andres Juarez for listening to what they wanted and answering questions. Travel trailers come up a lot, and so does the finance department, several shoppers saying that part went smoother than expected. The service side gets mixed reviews. One owner wrote that promised fixes still weren't done three months later and was blunt about the service department. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you commit to repair work.
