About Shield Roofing Restoration
Shield Roofing Restoration is a family operated shop in Shipshewana that focuses on RV roofs. They apply maintenance free roof coatings to motorhomes and RVs, aiming to bring a roof back to its original life expectancy. Awning work and body and trim are on the list too, along with general RV restoration and a cleaning service. Seasonals can be handled onsite. Reviewers tend to describe the owner as thorough and prompt. One customer said the work matched what was promised, and that their 25 year old 5th wheel roof was brought back to life. Another mentioned recaulking and new slide out awnings, plus a ceiling redone better than new. Trailer owners reported their units felt noticeably cooler after the coating went on. The shop has a 5.0 rating from 4 Google reviews, so there isn't a big pile of feedback to sort through yet. It handles commercial, metal and flat roof coatings as well as RVs. If you want details on scheduling or what your roof needs, contact them directly.
