About RVFix of Urbana
RVFix of Urbana works on the stuff that breaks on a trip: fridges, furnaces, air conditioners, slide outs, electrical and body repairs. They also do mobile service, so a technician can come to you, and they list awning work among what they handle. The first step is often a video call with a master-level technician. They say over 40% of calls get fixed right there, which saves you the drive. If not, they can dispatch a mobile tech or book you into a partnered service center. They also process warranty claims and order parts. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. They call the staff helpful, friendly and easy to talk to, and more than one mentions how quickly someone responded. Several name Nate or Lucas and describe them as knowledgeable and honest about options. It holds a 5.0 rating across 10 Google reviews.
