About Ketelsen RV
Ketelsen RV has been selling and servicing campers since Johnny and Marge Ketelsen opened the doors in Marion in 1962. These days the shop sits in Hiawatha and still runs a sales floor, a parts department and a repair bay under one roof. Reviewers tend to bring up the trailer selection and the new fifth wheels, and a few call out the parts department for having what they needed. The sales staff gets credit for knowing the units and being straight about flaws and options. Service is more of a mixed bag. Some folks praise the technicians, while others describe long waits on warranty work and parts. Roof resealing and AC service come up in what the shop handles. One camper left a fridge repair feeling the diagnosis did not match what the unit actually did. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book, especially for warranty jobs.
